On a motorbike for a walk, destination Terracina. When lunch time came, among the various proposals on the internet, we opted for Pegaso Bistrot. We didn't have a full lunch here but we just ordered a nice entrecote with parmesan fondue and crispy bacon and I can say about this dish......good.... really good. The restaurant is in a position where it is easy to find parking and the staff is courteous and polite. Price of the dish, right. On the way out we have a coffee in the bar opposite and the owner invites us to try the first courses from Pegaso next time and we are sure we will 😎

Good and abundant starters, good and tasty meat. The wait, between the starters and the meat, was a little too long. The family that runs the place are very nice and thoughtful. Definitely recommended restaurant.

On a very hot Sunday we booked this place for a family lunch. Right air conditioning, so as not to feel too much of the difference between inside and outside Even though there were 16 of us, all the dishes came out together, tasty and well presented. Advised.

24/11/2024: A real hidden gem, which partly displeases me. The place is very nice but as mentioned it is also very hidden, especially from another place immediately attached. In any case, a very "rustic" place and a well-kept environment. Very friendly and fast service and staff. Finally the dishes, the food. Let me start by saying that it is not the usual bread that is offered, as a mix of classic, rye and olive bread is given, fantastic! Regarding the dishes, I started with the zebra meatballs in cheese and pepper fondue, needless to say they were really good; The meat that melts in your mouth and the sweet flavor that envelops you. Finally, as a first course I chose the paccheri with white ragù with truffle sauce and parmesan flakes. I was really amazed by the latter which ended the evening really well. TOP!🌟
