Here, Pasqualino, the owner, will make you feel like family with his friendliness and will let you taste his famous "only butter" regardless of the cut or type of meat you choose. I stop by every time I go on holiday to my hometown of Brindisi, and every time it's a success. Last time, I thought more about eating than taking photos, so the ones attached don't do it justice. Next time, I promised myself I'll add better photos. Pasqualino, however, no longer needs these reviews. He's already gone viral on social media with his hilarious videos featuring all the guests who've been there and left overjoyed with the unique meat experience... let's hope one day he'll also offer fish dishes.
