13/02/2026: [Why You Don't Have to Try It Just Once]
I'll admit it straight away: I love this place. I'll say it right away so we can be clear and you know what to expect when you read the review... but there's something else you need to know.
I don't know the owners, I'm not a friend of theirs, yet I feel the need to endorse them.
In a copy-and-paste way, there's a restaurant feel to this place. We're not in a trattoria—even if the prices are in line (in my opinion, they should charge more!)—but we are in a restaurant where tradition is revisited with meticulous attention to detail.
The chef is truly brilliant. He hasn't abandoned his roots and brings them to life in a transformation that feels like alchemy.
You meet him and immediately fall in love with his cuisine.
It's not just a teenage crush, but a love that takes time.
Here you'll find everything you need to have a point of reference for life.
Therefore, you don't HAVE to come here just once. It's not enough. You have a duty to experience it, to be pampered, and to understand that for them, every gesture is the result of careful study.
It has become the restaurant for events for my law firm and my family. They don't even know it, but they are part of my world.
And I don't know it because every time I make a reservation, I never show up.
I've become a fan.
The staff deserves special mention: courteous, patient, and constantly present, never invasive.
I conclude by praising the restoration of an oil mill that exudes nostalgia, the kind that does you good and takes you back to the years when everything was authentic, to a world worth remembering.
Thank you for not distorting your mission.
Try it, more than once. You won't regret it. Word of a lover of good food.
31/01/2026: A truly pleasant experience. The atmosphere was quiet, the staff were extremely kind and professional, and the dishes were tasty and well-prepared, with numerous references to local products.
