5 STARS! THE BEST GELATO PARLOR IN THE AREA! I just left this wonderful gelato shop and I have to say it was an incredible experience! The gelato is simply divine, the flavors are all original and delicious, and the service was impeccable.

A gelato shop with excellent gelato. Let's just say it surprised us; you can taste the care they put into the product. The kindness of the staff immediately puts you at ease. It will become our go-to gelato shop.

I tried the gelato because I was passing by the arcade; it was spectacular, delicious, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the ricotta and figs, which from what I understand won the 2015 World Gelato Oscar.

Sergio and Mara's ice cream is delicious. Not too sugary or heavy to digest. The fruit flavors have a distinct taste of fresh fruit, and the specialty flavors are always balanced and innovative, always delicious.

3 stars for pros and cons. Pros: I'm not an ice cream expert, but I think many people prefer overly sugary ice creams because they're tastier, while this one seems much "lighter" to me, though less impactful on the palate. The Cremino is exceptional. 2 main cons: the first is that, with ice cream this good, the only flaw is that you don't serve much. The scoops are always tiny. The second concerns the blonde lady. Sometimes she's perfectly normal (kind and friendly), but more often than not, she's almost annoyed. My only advice: make the scoops a little larger (for €1.80, I hope it's possible) and always be (or at least appear) polite, because your ice cream is very good!
