Un pub molto carino in centro. Molto grande all'interno. Buono lo speck del nostro tagliere. Buona la birra Hacker. Prezzi leggermente più bassi rispetto ad altri locali

Famosa birreria in un palazzo storico. Si vantano di avere una cucina nonstop e infatti noi siamo arrivati alle 14.30 di un sabato dei Mercatini, senza prenotazione. Locale affollatissimo ma ci hanno trovato un tavolo in mezz'ora. Buona la birra alla spina, buono il piatto misto di mio marito, mentre la mia pizza era appena sufficiente. Servizio super veloce, ma prezzi un po' alti.

Paulaner Tavern in an unmissable historic location if you want to immerse yourself in the Bavarian atmosphere while staying in Bolzano. Typical South Tyrolean dishes including dumplings and spinach gnocchi. All very good despite most likely not being cooked at the moment given the speed of service. The unique dishes with which to taste various specialties are an excellent idea. It's a little complicated to book, it's best to show up and get on the list. Paulaner beer a guarantee. Friendly staff and competitive prices. Absolutely recommended.

My girlfriend and I, looking for a place to have dinner in Bolzano, came across this place and it was a very pleasant discovery. Perfect for those who want to taste typical local dishes, all accompanied by a fantastic PAULANER beer. We ordered sausage with potatoes and salad, as well as a first course of Spätzle. Everything really great! An experience that we absolutely recommend and that has already made us want to return!

Food was absolutely delicious- lots of variety. We had the bruschetta- which was so unique! And then we had the lasagna special and the “poker” sampler. It was great to try all the different pastas on offer. House red wine was also delicious.

We were guests on 1/12/24, despite the restaurant being very full, we were welcomed with courtesy and kindness, friendly and competent staff, very good pizza and super dumplings! I recommend it.

Typical brewery environment, we waited 20 minutes to enter (without booking), the service is very fast and these have a nice turn of tables! Very good food and generous portions!

27/09/2024: Personale cortese e disponibile, prezzi giusti per colazione, pranzo e merenda ( in media un primo con insalata circa 15 euro).Ottimi i formaggi e lo spek al banco, prezzi giusti per prodotti biologici e di qualità. Ci tornerò.
19/08/2024: Tornare a Bressanone è sempre una piacevole esperienza. Città piccola ma ordinata, rende meglio di Bolzano lo spirito del Sud Tirolo. Il centro è molto bello, la cattedrale magnifica. Logisticamente è strategica per raggiungere tante destinazioni. Bisogna, comunque, accettare il fatto che gli abitanti si sentono più austriaci che italiani.

05/12/2024: Sehr gutes familiengeführtes Restaurant mit Hotel. Hier schmeckt noch das Essen und ist gut gekocht. Die Portionen sind groß und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Ob Pizza oder Nudeln eine gute Geschmacksnote, ich bevorzuge den Grillteller - hier findet jeder etwas für sich. Komme gerne wieder 😀
05/08/2024: È la terza volta che torniamo e non sarà l'ultima: tris di canederli più buoni della regione. Frittelle di mele sublimi. In generale è tutto super-buono. Gentile lo staff. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
