I had the opportunity to taste this Tuscan pasta in Florence.... I'd say it's the best I've eaten in recent years.... accompanied by a good wild boar sauce, it's the best....

The best pasta on the market by far... A pasta that is unlike any other, and even smells great! We've been using it for over twenty years, and we certainly wouldn't trade it for the advertised junk that's still al dente after an hour of cooking.
