Pasticceria Ulivieri In Pitigliano

Very good and fresh pastries served with simplicity and a smile in a very friendly neighborhood bar away from the tourist center (10 minutes on foot). I recommend the choux (pastry cream, pistachio cream, hazelnut cream) and the chocolate éclair. The choux pastry is very successful and the creams are smooth and not too sweet. Parking is free on the street, and the food is much better here than in the old town. The value for money is excellent. The young woman who serves at the counter is lovely with all the customers, including two lost tourists who speak little Italian...like us! We loved it so much that we came back to try their homemade 'gelato', and it was also very good. The real Italy, simple, generous and inexpensive. Everything we love!
