Good products, no complaints about the quality: today I bought Pan Dolce Ligure (Genoese bread) and Legacci with cereals, both artisanal and branded Trucco. You can tell they're well-made. That said, there's one thing I find unacceptable: the exact same products, under the same Trucco brand, cost much less at Bennet. And that's where something doesn't add up. It's absurd that a product made in your laboratory costs more in a pastry shop than in a large-scale retailer. Normally, it should be the opposite: those who buy directly from the manufacturer should be rewarded, not penalized. The quality is there, but the current pricing policy doesn't encourage people to buy in-store. It's a shame, because it wouldn't take much to make the experience truly coherent. I hope this gives you food for thought.
