Pasticceria Tiramisu' In Roma

I was in Rome for three days on vacation with my wife and had breakfast at this pastry shop. The place is small and very crowded. We had a delicious croissant, a cappuccino, and an excellent espresso. Finally, a coffee that doesn't taste like burnt rubber. For a barista like me, watching the guy at the machine go through all the cleaning procedures before making the coffee is wonderful. It's a shame you can't sit down, but after all, you're supposed to eat, not chat. They have some beautiful cakes on display. Well done.

This is my first review, and I hope it helps improve, not criticize. I've known this place for years, and it's a regular stop whenever I visit Rome. This week, I went with two customers and found a Tiramisu where the cashier was wearing a real estate company t-shirt. It was strange, because I hadn't been here in a while, but Tiramisu should be careful about how its staff presents themselves to the public. We had two coffees and a cappuccino, prepared by a blonde woman I'd never seen before, who was behind the coffee machine. I'd avoid her; I'm Neapolitan, but even if I were from Bergamo, it was clear she wasn't up to the standard we're used to. In fact, my customers left both their coffees and cappuccinos, and I struggled to get them to return the following day. I don't understand why the coffee brand changed. It used to be delicious. This new brand, which I wasn't familiar with, was always different for five days—too strong, too light, not very fragrant, and with a hint of acidity that was almost unpleasant. The other brand was just good, however, and had an aftertaste almost on par with ours. I think you've lost out. Fantastic food, varied, and colorful. I'm really tempted by the always fresh canapés. The pastries have a wide selection—dry, fresh, and delicious cakes. The pastry shop assistant has talent and skill to spare, and is so friendly that her infectious smile alone makes you want to go there. I hope my experience will be useful to Tiramisu, so they don't lose those like me who come especially from far away.

Very satisfied, firstly, with the taste and quality of the products we find here; they're super good, as well as the kindness of the staff and the warm welcome. We'll be back every morning for the rest of our stay in Rome. Thank you very much.

A mini café with a large selection of baked goods and good prices. Classic cappuccino + croissant for under €3.

Recently renovated. The cash register is poorly placed at the entrance, separating the pastry shop from the bar. This means you have to wait in line twice, stepping over the cashier every time. The staff doesn't move to let you pass, risking spilling your stuff. Despite the large staff, everything is very disorganized and dirty. Of course, a lot depends on the clientele, but they can do better. Prices are high, the small ginseng costs €1.60, which is also mediocre and very watery. The single-serving tiramisu was small and cost a whopping €5. The Veneziana (or brioche, as some call it) was tasty, soft, but a little undercooked because you could taste the yeast. The cream was excellent and plentiful. If I lived nearby, I'd give it another chance. Maybe I just happened to be there at a difficult time. A shopkeeper across the street said it's so busy that there's a line outside the door in the winter. So maybe yesterday was just a small lapse in style. To try again

This morning I discovered the true quality in a very fine pastry shop (fresh and delicate desserts, excellent pizzas and canapés offered by professional and kind staff) and this pastry shop is "tiramisu Roma" thanks

We went several times for breakfast and afternoon snacks while staying nearby, and everything was excellent. The food is really tasty, and you can tell the products are fresh and high quality. I had the cappuccino and loved it. The atmosphere feels very local, people walk in and are greeted by name. That kind of warmth and personal touch really stands out and makes you feel welcome right away. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable: we had breakfast for around 7–8 euros, which is great considering the quality. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

Delicious croissant, very informal and friendly atmosphere. The lovely lady Monica recommended what to see for the day and kept us company with her energy.
