My favorite pastry shop! Desserts made with quality ingredients and processes that preserve their characteristics. I've never found a stale pastry, always fresh and delicious!! In my opinion, it's the best pastry shop in Rome!

The quality of the pastries is excellent, but the customer interaction between the sales assistant and the customer is highly questionable. If you make a mistake on a receipt (doubling the price of a cake), at least you apologize to the customer when they point it out. That's how it works in Italy.

The quality of all the desserts at Pasticceria Tichetti is truly exceptional. You immediately notice this on those rare occasions when you try to change places and then regret it. Spectacular mini-cakes, delicious cakes of all kinds, and tea-style pastries, especially the almond "linguine di gatto" (cat's tongues) ones. The creams are spectacular. A must-visit for anyone who lives in the area, at least on Sundays for the classic pastries. In Rome, in my humble opinion, it's in the top ten.

Historic pastry shop in Appio Claudio, where we had exceptional leavened products. The doughs are soft, the custard soft, tasty and consistent at the right point. The Roman ciavattona is truly exceptional.
