Crunchy on the outside, tender and perfectly cooked rice inside. Chock full of fillings of creamy mushroom and cheeses, or artichoke/cheeses, spinach/ricotta, speck/pistachio…
The bread recipe for his baked goods is fluffy “00”-amazing! Went two days in a row; wish we had a place like this in Maui, Hawaii! Mahalo to the chef!

I think I ate the best arancini I tried in Sicily, we went there when we were staying in Trapani and after trying them in different areas we returned even though we were in Marsala.
Very nice owner, it was closing and he still served us and while waiting for the food he recommended places to visit.
The cannoli is also really good!
We will definitely be back!
