This place gets 5 stars just for its looks; Tiny but with a ton of charm. Only one table inside but the main seating was (at the time) outside under the portico, just around the corner from the main piazza. Or have a coffee at the counter. My wife recognised some of the candy that she grew up with amongst the goodies lining the walls...

5 stars for the service, the morning girls always know how to put a smile on your face even on the greyest days. Highly recommended!!

I went to this pastry shop this afternoon around 2:00 PM with my partner. We were served by a young, smiling, and very kind man. We had two pancakes with two coffees and then took away two wonderful brioches. We felt right at home thanks to the courtesy and hospitality. The prices? Such treatment is priceless! If I return to Vicenza, since I'm from Turin, I'll definitely stop by for breakfast ❤️ Thank you!

It's a historic pastry shop, but I don't quite understand some of the prices: a 10-ounce coffee costs €1.80, a glass of water costs €0.70. Other prices, however, were reasonable. There's no seating inside, but there are a few tables outside.

Bar Meteora

17/10/2025: *Important update: Despite all the positive comments above, unfortunately, starting August 4th, the restaurant, due to staff shortages, will no longer be open in the morning and lunchtime, but only in the afternoon and evening, with various events, aperitifs, and cuisine in the early, evening, and late evening hours. *The seasonal summer and winter bruschetta are excellent. ‐-‐------------------------------------------------‐-‐----------- Sent ahead by colleagues to evaluate it for a lunch break, I must say the experience was more than positive. Convenient parking and a welcoming interior, with plenty of space for eating outside in the summer. I first had a nice, generous spritz, followed by the Bastarda bruschetta (really good and nice and large), with a half liter of water and coffee to finish. While I was waiting, I saw they also do fried foods, gourmet Apulian sandwiches, and a set lunch menu. The bill was very reasonable: less than 15 euros. I'd like to highlight the friendliness and kindness of Erika, the lady at the counter... presumably the owner: truly a perfect match, assisted by her sister in the morning. So it's an excellent option both for a lunch break (and I've already told my colleagues) and for occasional drop-ins. I don't usually give 5 stars on a first visit, but this time I really can't help but. See you soon. 🙂 *Update. I tried the Peppa Pig sandwich: simple but good, and the Apulian octopus one: out of this world. They also frequently host themed evenings (such as Giro-Gnocchi) and karaoke on Friday nights. Continuous and top-notch service from 5:00 AM for breakfast until late at night, with business dinners also available. How could you not appreciate it? 🙂
29/09/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent service, and the best bruschetta I've ever eaten!! I'll definitely be back!
