Pasticceria Sinatra In Genova

Located near the Albaro district of Genoa, this small pastry shop has a wide selection of gluten-free and lactose-free shortbread and pastries. I think it is one of the few in Genoa that does everything gluten-free. The desserts I had were excellent: from the typical canestrelli to the pasticciotti pugliesi, baci di dama and di Alassio: all delicious. Upon request, they also have beautiful cakes. I will definitely be back

Since it was a gift, I cannot review the goodness of the cake (which those who received said it was excellent) but I can certainly confirm the availability and kindness of the staff I dealt with. Order placed remotely, successful surprise!

With my mother we ordered a cabaret of obviously gluten-free and vegan pastas for Father's Day, we were all absolutely satisfied. Delicious and crumbly desserts, not hard as often happens with gluten free products, the quality is worth the price. We didn't have any problems with the staff, I think it's enough to be friendly and use common sense... that is, pre-order, to make sure you have what you requested booked and give the shop the opportunity to organize itself. We will definitely be back, these desserts are much better than "normal" desserts!
