Pasticceria Sebastiano In Novara

I pass through Novara making deliveries, visiting many bakeries and pastry shops... I ONLY get croissants here! The best I've ever eaten.

Took some pastries to try, they turned out delicious and very fresh. Tasteful, natural, not too sugary. The saleslady was courteous and answered my questions about available flavours in a very nice way. I'd definitely buy more from there again🙌🏻

"Sublime croissants, fantastic pastry shop..." This was my review some time ago. After almost a year, I returned and, unfortunately, it was a total disappointment... I took 4 cream croissants, 2 jam croissants, 1 cream and raisin swirl, chocolate brioche, a peach tartlet and a strudel... well... the croissants have completely lost the buttery melt-in-your-mouth feel they had. Now they leave your mouth feeling greasy and rubbery... not to mention the cream... really small quantity and floury taste... the jam in the tartlet stuck to my teeth and the pastry was soft, the chocolate brioche... it didn't arrive... a few drops and boom. I took the others to friends and I didn't try them myself, so I won't judge. Too bad. Really too bad... I won't be back
