21/01/2025: Bar Virginia on Via Sammartino in Palermo is a little gem that deserves a stop. The staff is helpful, attentive and friendly, with genuine smiles that, nowadays, are not found everywhere — and here they are absolutely free! 😊 The place is clean, bright and welcoming, with seating both inside, on comfortable stools, and outside, where well-placed tables allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of the city. For a moment we forget the traffic and the horns and hear someone playing the drums and violin from some apartment… savoring our food.. The quality of the products is excellent: everything is genuine and fresh. Today I tried a wild berry croissant with pistachio grains — a real delight. The wild berry jam was just the right amount of sweet, balanced and not cloying. A small detail that makes you smile: even a hungry pigeon appreciated the goodness of the croissant (certainly not the fault of the bar!), but the staff, always attentive, is ready to intervene to ensure the comfort of the guests. Recommended for those looking for a simple place but with excellent quality and a warm welcome. Try it and believe it!
