From the first moment, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service make the guest feel at the center of an authentic gastronomic experience. Among the many delights tasted, one dish caught my attention: calamari. Perfectly cooked, tender but with the right consistency, enhanced by simple but expertly dosed ingredients. A balance of flavors that demonstrates the great care and mastery of the cuisine. But it would be simplistic to talk only about one dish. From the appetizer to the dessert, each course was able to conquer with freshness and creativity, transforming the dinner into a culinary journey that deserves to be experienced. A place to return to? Without a doubt. The Cigno Express is proof that good food is not just a pleasure for the palate, but an experience that remains etched in the memory.
