14/09/2025: I'm completely satisfied with the quality, courtesy, and cleanliness of this restaurant. I go at least a couple of times a week on different days and at different times. The menu is exceptional, varied, and the ingredients are excellent. All, and I repeat, all, the staff are welcoming, helpful, and polite. I can only recommend it because it's a guarantee.

13/09/2025: Edit September 2025 Returning after a long time, we had a nice surprise. New management. Renovated venue. Excellent food and a wide selection, from appetizers to rolls, first courses, and second courses. Lots of unique rolls. Definitely worth trying. Very good sushi. We went yesterday for lunch and they delivered the food very quickly. Everything was good. Friendly staff, good food, and fast service. We'll definitely be back in the next few days. This is a historic restaurant in Alba Adriatica. My friends and I have been eating here ever since they started offering a buffet service, and it has only gotten better over the years. I don't understand the recent negative reviews, but everyone has their own opinion. If they could slightly expand the lunch menu, it would be even better.
