I appreciated this pastry shop's immediate customer service. I'm not from the area, but I needed a pastry shop that would deliver a cake for a birthday. They were available right away and made a truly beautiful cake, beyond my expectations. They sent me a photo and made everything I needed. When and if I ever come to Lucca, it will be one of my stops to thank them for their kindness and great courtesy (the cake was delivered to a town about ten kilometers from Lucca with all the necessary care!). The incredible beauty of their desserts is always breathtaking, a true feast for the eyes and the palate! The service is incredibly friendly and efficient, a warm welcome that truly makes all the difference. 31/08/2025: The granitas and cannoli were very good, I've never tasted anything so good. The staff were divided into some very friendly and helpful, while others were impatient and gave us dirty looks. Other than that, the food was very good.

01/09/2025: We celebrated a birthday for a friend, the room was all to ourselves, quite spacious, there was everything, cold cuts, vegetables, cheeses and pasta, not bad, plenty of wine and prosecco.
