Da ormai qualche anno mi capita di fermarmi qui per un aperitivo, e ultimamente ho notato che la qualità, sia dei drink, sia del servizio, è notevolmente migliorata! Complimenti per la scelta dei nuovi collaboratori, sempre cordiali e sorridenti.

Bella location, comoda con parcheggio annesso, tavoli esterni ed interni. Bei cappuccini, brioche, anche il salato, ho preso una buona girella con salmone.

Very large environment with several counters and windows, excellent display, and several refrigerators, with various cakes and single portions inside!
Outside, several tables in a well-kept environment...
Staff average and not attentive to the customer!
The products are good and the raw materials are certainly of high quality... you can see the studio of a master pastry chef behind you.
In my opinion, the excessive prices for a bar outside the walls are a flaw....
Quality is unquestionable...

I was in this beautiful pastry shop and I noticed several things that made me reflect: certainly the quality of the raw materials is excellent, in my opinion the staff seemed a little disorganized, I didn't see table service and this could be a manager policy. I went during rush hour and many tables were dirty and unusable because they were full of cups and trays. The prices are a little too high, especially for the sweet pieces! To end on a high note, a very "aggressive" non-profit employee who stopped customers in front of the door to ask for registrations, very insistent despite my education...Next time I'll go elsewhere!

I have been frequenting this pastry shop for many years which is, without a doubt, a reference to Lucca for various reasons.
Until a few years ago the quality was absolutely excellent, from every point of view.
A few years ago there was a clear deterioration and now, finally, they have managed to restore a level of quality that is at least decent, also in relation to their decades-long reputation.
I hope and wish them to be able to return to the heights of excellence that have distinguished them for a long time.
