The fruit cake I picked up on Saturday 2 March was delicious! Thank you for the delicious lemon peel scent that I noticed when I opened the package. The perfect pastry. Not buttery and well cooked. The wonderful custard. It certainly had excellent ingredients because it reminded me of the one my mother made for me as a child as a snack with fresh country eggs.
