Pasticceria Ragone dal 1963 In Tursi

Yesterday, a friend of mine brought me almond pastries from this pastry shop in Tursi, Piedmont. They're wonderful, incredibly soft, and delicious. The best I've ever tasted. Congratulations!

Even though we had arrived half an hour before opening time, the owner welcomed us with great availability and courtesy. Having arrived here after the visit to the fascinating Craco, attracted by the guide's description, we couldn't help but taste the products of the Ragone pastry shop and we were not disappointed. The crepe rolls with orange cream variegated with black cherry are amazing, all the creams are delicious. It's a shame to be so far away! Greetings to the whole family from Bari.
