The absolute best gluten-free pastry shop in the entire Valdinievole! I'm a sucker for cream puffs, and their chocolate cream puff is SUBLIME! The chocolate is delicious, the choux pastry is delicious, and the filling is plentiful! 🤤 All their other pastries are also excellent, including cakes...the best I've ever had! They also offer some savory gluten-free options, which are also very good. At Quirini, I always find the gluten-free section with a variety of items to choose from, while at other pastry shops that claim to be gluten-free, you always find the same old stuff, and often it's even sparse! Both in quantity and quality! In short, Pasticceria Quirini is a paradise for those with a sweet tooth... finally! The staff is smiling, polite, and courteous; everyone always thanks and says hello, and their service is quite quick. Finally, the place is clean and tidy.

My favorite pastry shop. Sweet and savory, even gluten-free, of superior quality. Perhaps the only place where gluten-free products are indistinguishable from "normal" ones. Impressive. Very high quality of both ingredients and workmanship and so much friendliness and kindness. Unmissable!

Una bellissima sorpresa, quella di una pasticceria con vasta gamma di prodotti freschi pensati per celiaci nella Valdinievole: quando mia figlia è in zona, questo è un appuntamento obbligatorio. Per varietà delle proposte quotidiane (anche regionali, come il budino di riso) e per la loro qualità, Quirini non ha nulla da invidiare anche a pasticcerie "gluten free" più blasonate delle grandi città. La pasticceria garantisce sicurezza tramite due laboratori totalmente separati per produzioni con e senza glutine.

Friendly and professional staff, nice environment. I go there a few mornings to get the cream brioche and I have to say it's really excellent. The coffee is also worth it. Until next time! 😊

For my taste, the best breakfast pastries in the area and it is also one of the very few places to make filtered coffee of exceptional quality. Definitely worth trying
