Excellent pastry shop in the center of Monsummano. The staff is very kind and attentive to their customers' needs. They produce both gluten- and gluten-free products, without the risk of cross-contamination. Between the two of us, we had two cappuccinos, a croissant with their chocolate cream (highly recommended), and a gluten-free pain au chocolat. Everything was delicious. The prices are slightly higher than average, but for the quality, it's absolutely worth it.

Vegan croissants always available. Excellent vegan and gluten-free pastries made to order. Excellent artisanal preparations, sublime vegan chocolate mousse! Single-serving price: €8.00 for a vegan and gluten-free cake.

We chose this bakery for our wedding cake... We couldn't have asked for anything better! Besides creating a work of art, the flavor of the cake was a pleasant surprise with every bite!! Some people even had it four times!!! Thank you, thank you so much!!

The absolute best gluten-free pastry shop in the entire Valdinievole! I'm a sucker for cream puffs, and their chocolate cream puff is SUBLIME! The chocolate is delicious, the choux pastry is delicious, and the filling is plentiful! 🤤 All their other pastries are also excellent, including cakes...the best I've ever had! They also offer some savory gluten-free options, which are also very good. At Quirini, I always find the gluten-free section with a variety of items to choose from, while at other pastry shops that claim to be gluten-free, you always find the same old stuff, and often it's even sparse! Both in quantity and quality! In short, Pasticceria Quirini is a paradise for those with a sweet tooth... finally! The staff is smiling, polite, and courteous; everyone always thanks and says hello, and their service is quite quick. Finally, the place is clean and tidy.

My favorite pastry shop. Sweet and savory, even gluten-free, of superior quality. Perhaps the only place where gluten-free products are indistinguishable from "normal" ones. Impressive. Very high quality of both ingredients and workmanship and so much friendliness and kindness. Unmissable!
