Unique artisanal pastry shop for the quality and goodness of all the doughs, cakes, tarts, krapfen are truly marvelous. The custard, in my opinion, is the best ever, you can feel that it is artisanal, homemade, due to its intense flavor and consistency.

La Pasticceria Purificato di Frascati è un vero gioiello, una di quelle realtà che rendono speciale il territorio. Le loro crostate sono semplicemente uniche in Italia, hanno quel sapore autentico e genuino che ti riporta a casa al primo morso. E poi c’è la pastiera napoletana… non esageriamo nel dire che è davvero unica al mondo: un equilibrio perfetto di profumi, consistenza e cuore. È una tappa fissa per noi da anni, un luogo che non potremmo mai vedere chiudere – davvero, non sapremmo più dove andare! Il ragazzo, la ragazza e tutto lo staff sono persone splendide, gentili e appassionate del loro lavoro. Consigliatissima a chiunque voglia assaporare la vera arte della pasticceria. Fabio e Fabiana ♥️
