The pastries are fresh, well-prepared, and incredibly tasty, confirming the establishment's reputation. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, with outdoor seating available; however, there are no chairs, so you're forced to stand, and the location, very close to the road, can be a bit noisy. The staff is courteous and helpful, but a few small improvements to the table management and the outdoor space would make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Poppella remains a must-visit for lovers of Neapolitan pastries: excellent pastries and quality coffee, with a few small details that could be improved.

The snowflakes are delicious! I also recommend the chocolate version.

The flakes were good (€2 each) and the lemon cake was the same at €5. On the other hand, they were not very friendly 👎👎, but they were happy to take the tourists' money 😕

We ordered 2 snowflakes, 1 caprese, 1 lobster tail, and 1 black pearl, paying €13.00. The snowflakes were good, but not exceptionally good; the caprese was dry and more beautiful than good; the lobster tail wasn't fresh, although the cream was very good; the pearl was very similar to Kinder's Choco Fresh, but €3.00 seemed excessive for a dessert.

Endless wait with over 90 people ahead but it's worth it

Certo la qualità non la metto in discussione,ma la gentilezza che avevo trovato il giorno prima è finita in delusione.Mettete un tariffario esposto per evitare di fare brutte figure con i turisti,non si può cambiare prezzo da un giorno all'altro e a seconda della tipologia del cliente.Noi abbiamo pagato un cappuccino 3 euro al banco e le paste 2 euro.Il giorno prima 2,50 e 1,50 rispettivamente.Almeno ammettere di aver sbagliato e chiedere scusa? No ,meglio ribadire davanti a tutti di avere ragione!!!

Vaya. Probamos una selección de delicias y qué placer. Mientras que todos estaban deliciosos, el Fiocco di Neve se robó el espectáculo y volveremos de nuevo en los pocos días que estamos pasando en Nápoles. Gracias a Ciro y al equipo por su hospitalidad y habilidad.
