Pasticceria Perazzi In Castell'arquato

Bright environment, recently renovated, the historic shop never disappoints... even a simple loaf of bread has that wonderful ancient taste that takes us back to childhood. The desserts are the most delicious you can imagine: the soft cakes, the tarts, the Vigolo cakes with chocolate (their specialty), the biscuits... choosing seems very, very difficult!

The authentic Vigolo cake, impossible to reproduce in its goodness. Simply unmatched. And the quality/price ratio is very honest, given that, elsewhere, simple copies are paid more. This dessert alone is worth the whole trip out of town to get to the town from Piacenza. Next time I will definitely try the sbrisolona and the tarts.
