We stayed at the hotel helvetia so we were able to get to know the restaurant both for lunch and dinner and also for breakfast. Antonio and all his staff know how to satisfy every need, excellent offer of wines and digestives, compliments to the chef also for the production of products for celiacs.

14/11/2025: A place forever in my heart. When it seemed like all of Trieste was going to sleep, here we are at this place, where its Caldaia (heated water boiler) allowed us to spend an evening to remember. Special flavors and excellent beers. The kindness and smiles of the staff made us feel at ease. Highly recommended.
10/11/2025: Simply fantastic! Excellent local food and Augustiner beer.
