If you're going to touristic places like Scartuchio for your breakfast then you're doing everything wrong. This pasticcera is by far the best I have ever been to in Napoli: insane quality, the friendliest staff ever, and prices so low that you'll think you're dreaming. This spot deserves much more exposure and visits. It's a bit hidden from the main touristic streets so it doesn't get much attention, but believe me, you MUST come here if you're looking for an authentic Napoletan spot. If you're here in Summer, order their crema caffè to taste what paradise must be like. The pastries are also amazing: we had the sbriociolata (filled with A LOT of Nutella) and the classic Napoletan sfogliatella frolla. They even warmed it up before we ate it, and it was the besy sfogliatella I have ever tried. We even ordered a pastiera and 5 taralli napoletani for takeaway since this place was so good. For the absurdly low prices, check out the picture I posted below with my receipt. THIS is what a breakfast at Napoli must cost, not like Scartuchio where I had an orange juice and a slice of (quite standard) pastiera for 10 EUR. Ridiculous.

Walking around Naples, we stumbled into this nice Paticceria. We tried a few of their pastries and were amazing. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

El personal era excepcionalmente amable y acogedor, haciéndonos sentir como en casa desde el momento en que entramos. El servicio fue rápido y cálido, lo que se suma al encanto general del lugar. El café era perfecto – rico, suave y exactamente lo que uno esperaría en Nápoles. Los pasteles y bollería eran simplemente excepcionales, con un equilibrio perfecto de sabor y frescura. Cada bocado parecía una celebración de la pastelería tradicional italiana. Una verdadera joya escondida en el corazón de la ciudad, ¡imperdible!

The quality of the products is not even mentioned because there is absolutely no need. What I want to highlight is the hospitality and kindness of the owners of the pastry shop. They welcomed us with a surprising warmth, they took care to make us feel comfortable while they prepared the tray with the puff pastries to take away. Nothing else to add.

Da turisti, è stato davvero piacevole conoscere la pasticceria Pascal che ci ha permesso di degustare i dolci tipici preparati con grande cura. Il personale, inoltre molto cordiale, ci ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo. Torneremo sicuramente in un'altra occasione.
