Quality pastries. Large variety of products offered. Attention to the customer. For example, high quality organic soy vegetable milk, I won't mention the brand for the sake of correctness, but it is one of the few that doesn't have a 'bug' taste. Friendly staff and quick service, compatible with the quantity of customers. We normally go on Sundays even if we have to travel a few more kilometers to get there than other village pastry shops.
