Pasticceria Orgiu In Prato

I chose the rice pudding, which in my opinion is the softest I've ever found, tasty and crumbly. Excellent, well-made, good flavor. Great, I'll be back. They also offer many other varieties of pastries.

The best pastry shop in Prato, and it's affordable too. The staff is professional and friendly. I get something there every time I pass by.

The croissants are good, and the café offers quality products overall. However, the small baguette had very little chocolate inside, a slightly disappointing detail. Furthermore, the service at the café counter could use some improvement: the ladies serving should remember the importance of a warm welcome. A simple "good morning" and a little attention to the customer would be appreciated, instead of chatting among colleagues while delivering drinks without so much as a glance or a word about what they're serving. Furthermore, the cappuccino cup was visibly soiled and not replaced, a detail that gives the impression of a lack of care and disinterest in the customer. A little training in hospitality and customer service would make the experience much more pleasant, because the quality of the products deserves top-notch service.

The café opens early in the morning, offering a wide selection of truly tempting pastries; I always order the one with Chantilly cream—a true explosion of deliciousness! Cute atmosphere, very kind and professional staff! Highly recommended.
