Pasticceria Mignon In Ravenna

This pastry shop, not far from my house, is also one I didn't even know existed. A friend recommended it to me, and it was a wonderful discovery. I ordered a tray of sweet and savory mini pastries on Sunday morning (reserved for Saturday). Everything was extremely fresh. Specifically, crispy salad in mini sandwiches and incredibly sweet prosciutto crudo, fresh and crispy puff pastry. Shortcrust pastry with the perfect consistency. Creams of all kinds, just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering, meticulously presented, and on-time delivery. In the refrigerated display case, there was a cake for a certain Tommaso's baptism, visually stunning and elegant. Almost a shame to eat it!!! Small place, but excellent quality!!! Highly recommended...

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding cake! The cake was exactly as we imagined it: beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. The guests complimented us! The care in the presentation, the punctuality in the delivery and above all the quality of the ingredients left us completely satisfied.
