Dinner then moved indoors, to a refined, air-conditioned room with high vaulted ceilings and soft lighting. The service was impeccable, and every course—from appetizers to main courses—was a journey through Mediterranean flavors. The freshness, quality, and presentation of the dishes were truly haute cuisine. The evening concluded, once again outdoors, with cakes: a triumph of artisanal desserts, a romantic setting, and toasts under the stars. Exciting and unforgettable.
