Historic pastry shop near the center of Cavriago. Spacious and modern inside, vast assortment of various pastries/mignons. I found it not very salty, but it was late afternoon. Normal prices, professional staff. I recommend investing more attention in the visibility of the cakes. Advised!

Pastries taken to take away on Sunday morning, but you can feel that they are not fresh. Cream puffs and cannellini beans that taste old. Too bad, in the past I remembered them being better.

25/05/2025: The owner and the staff were very kind and helpful. The whole place was very clean. The rooms were a bit dated but it is a hotel mainly for teams of workers.
