10/03/2026: I went in the late afternoon with a friend. The place was practically empty, so it was pretty quiet compared to the usual hubbub you can hear during rush hour. So far, so good, except that the silence amplified the hysterical and humiliating screams of the manager on duty. She was a twenty-five-year-old, tops, with glasses and red lipstick, and a hint of "power" had gone haywire. My friend and I felt extremely uncomfortable and mortified for the other employees who were being yelled at for no reason: "Are you even making this toast?!" If you want to wake up and bring me things here, that's even better! It's only five o'clock and we're already gone, get a move on." Now I realize that reading just a few of the sentences she was shouting doesn't convey the full story. The humiliating tone she used is missing, and it was completely unjustified given that there were only six of us in the entire place, and I, for example, only waited five minutes for my order. I hope for those young people who are perhaps holding their tongues to avoid being bullied that someone with some influence reads this review and provides the management staff with the necessary training on how to treat their coworkers.

05/03/2026: Excellent fries and burgers, delicious ice cream; the ordering software isn't easy to use, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is unfortunately very cold and poorly maintained.
