Everything was perfect 👌, the only downside was that there was only one cash register for those paying for the bar service and the pastry service, so the wait was long and those who bought pastries... had a very long wait.

We ordered a dessert that, despite being lactose-free and fruit-free (just as we'd requested due to various intolerances), left us pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious, as always, and the guy who took the order was incredibly kind and patient. This has become our go-to pastry shop!

Definitely an excellent bakery, but it's always very crowded. They should set up two lines with separate counting: one for those who have reserved and need to pick up their order, and one for those who need to choose what to buy. The same goes for payment, with two separate checkouts. Currently, the lines are mixed, and there's only one checkout, even for those eating in the dining room. Even though the staff tries to facilitate pickup and payment, it still creates a lot of confusion.
