03/01/2025: It's my first time trying a restaurant like this so I'm not very familiar. The room is very large with spacious tables even for two. There is the possibility of choosing one or two types of broth in which to cook the chosen dishes. You can create your own sauce by mixing different ingredients, oils and sauces provided. We had an inconvenience with our table regarding the plate, but it was quickly resolved. Overall it was a good experience, certainly different from the usual, the food was of good quality and you could feel it. As for the price, however, it does not correspond to what is indicated on Google, you will certainly spend more than €25 each, each course ordered has its own price.

10/12/2024: We had a great time, excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!
