The environment is nothing short of delightful, always, in summer and winter, the two huge rooms and one small one (my favorite all in wood integrated into the ideal forest in winter) satisfy anyone in terms of space; the exterior is wonderful surrounded by greenery with very characteristic plant species and spices, juniper for example; the friendly waiters and the chef especially good at risotto, genuine and simple food. Equipped with air conditioning. High quality wine and all kinds of grappas. Each course and dish is equipped with a cloche.
