Pasticceria Locatelli In Bergamo

Bought today apple pie in one word AMAZING

I'll start by saying that I've been in the business for more than 20 years, but finding myself in Longuelo for family reasons and having to celebrate an unusual wedding anniversary in hospital, I entered this pastry shop. I'm not someone who particularly loves miniatures, considering them a product that is difficult to manage in terms of "freshness" (this is unknown to many colleagues!!), and which I have sometimes not encountered even among the most well-known names. Well what can I say, here I found not only freshness, but quality, kindness and friendliness. Furthermore, an assortment that best reinterprets the traditional Italian dessert cabaret, therefore not the usual "cold" slices and various moussetties that now fill the seen and revisited counters of all the cities and villages. In short, at Locatelli I found the "pastry shop" as I understand it. Ps1: Score 10 for the shop assistant who referred to me as "Miss", best compliment of the year🤣. Ps2: Then in the hospital I discovered from the comments of the nurses (who appreciated the gesture) that I had chosen one of the best in Bergamo. See sometimes the case!!! Congratulations indeed.
