The owner writes "tradition and quality": sacred words, you can feel it in every pastry! and coming from a "non-greedy person" like me, that's great praise! It's nice that they are small (typical Piedmontese) because they allow you to close your eyes with each bite so that your taste buds are reborn in an explosion of authenticity, impeccable quality and highly digestible refinement! In the past I tried pretzels and pizzas: unique! but you need to book them to find them😊
