Their pastry products are very good. The coffee leaves a lot to be desired, the prosecco is of low quality, the service definitely needs improvement, the tables are too small. It's a shame because it wouldn't be a bad place either.

The best pastry shop in Ravenna! We ordered a cake for a birthday and we were followed in all our requests, availability and maximum punctuality in delivery. Very good and also innovative, we will definitely be back, congratulations to everyone!

Prior to the recent renovation, I would definitely have given the service 5 stars. To date, after three visits to the renovated location, I find different and totally inadequate staff. Starting from the episode whereby the cappuccino being prepared was left pending because the barista thought it was more important to go and deliver a booked cake to another customer who arrived after me. I hate being put in difficulty about choices as a customer. I was asked if I wanted the mignon to be consumed on the spot in a saucer rather than on a tray because the barmaid in question did not know how to manage the choice independently. I found myself quite in difficulty and uncomfortable. With the old staff, I have never encountered similar episodes in 3 years of association.
