For years I have periodically paid a visit to Chieri and on my way home I always bring rubatà and focaccia. I think I've already tasted them all, between Chieri and the surrounding areas, but objectively the one from La Dolce Idea seems the best to me. I would also add that I have always found courtesy and kindness here, which never hurts.
Perhaps elsewhere there is also excellent quality and undisputed goodness, but if you find coldness and a lack of smile, the quality of the product also deteriorates and it seems, almost, less good or not very good.
I've been using this pastry shop for a while now. Excellent products, the owner is kind and nice. Excellent brioches and cannoli (when I pass by I always take one for a snack), as well as the focaccias and pastries.
