The wafer is incredibly crispy, perfectly fragrant, and perfectly fried without being greasy. But it's the filling that makes the real difference: a silky, dense ricotta cream, sweetened with just the right amount of sugar, enriched with dark chocolate shavings, chopped pistachios, or even a touch of candied orange peel that will have you closing your eyes in ecstasy. One bite and you're instantly transported to Sicily. An experience you must have at least once! Congratulations!!!! Finally, a special thanks to the girl who served us...
