I don't know what I bought, but it was very good 🤣🤣🤣, in the Jewish quarter of Rome, perhaps the view doesn't catch your attention, we got there on a recommendation and left very happy, the flavors we tried were simply unfamiliar to me, a truly incredible experience...

Try the ricotta sour cherry tart if you're in the area. Even though it's sold by weight, the lady at the counter wouldn't cut anything smaller than what is pictured below and it came out to around 5 euros. It sounds and looks heavy, but the tart is actually quite light and not too sweet. The fluffy, rich, and slightly sweet ricotta is balanced out by the sour cherry base. There are a couple public benches across the street to sit on while enjoying your treat which is a nice bonus!

Get here early (before 9) and you won't have any issues getting this amazing ricotta cake. Totally worth it

When I went, Justo was short on things because everything is made by hand, and people really like it.
Their ricotta and cherry cake 🍒, although it looks a little more toasted than other cakes, try it!
It's delicious because it has the perfect amount of filling; it's not too sweet.
Sitting on a bench with a little bird eating the crumbs and a breeze that rocks you is definitely an experience worth repeating.

We go there, come back, and will come back. Reading the negative comments is disappointing. We may not be used to these recipes, but complaining about the prices and quality is unjustified. Kosher products come at a cost and with a quality that is scrupulously respected in this institution.
We will continue to wait an hour in line to be served with pleasure!
Criticism is easy, but art is difficult. Long live Toda raba.

We stopped in at 11 am on a Tuesday. There was no wait and the ladies in the bakery were very cordial. We tried the ricotta tart with cherries, the ricotta tart with chocolate and the brioche. They were all delicious! We didn't try the pizza ebraica, which I am now regretting. Will definitely try to go back before leaving Rome.

I had just had breakfast with a maritozzo with cream so for once I was taking a walk without thinking and where to stop to eat, but I ended up there by chance, I certainly couldn't go against fate, so I queued and went in... I had never done it, tart of sour cherries and ricotta devoured instantly and biscuits and various sweets taken away.... Now, reviewing the tart is superfluous, everyone does it, here to review are the ladies who serve you, who welcome thousands of people every day in line, but despite this they talk to you as if you were the first customer of the day, as if you lived in that neighborhood, as if you were a regular customer, this is already much more than a valid reason to queue and go in!!! WONDERFUL
... the tart... oh well...
