I was curious and went. Apparently, it closes at 5:30 PM. By the time I got there at 5:00 PM, everything was gone. All I saw was people buying these products next door. They were incredibly burnt. Isn't that unhealthy?

They have a challah bun in the shape of a croissant with chocolate. You must try the legendary dough. Of course, the cheesecake with ricotta is also excellent. We tried it with both chocolate and blueberries. The blueberries are more recommended. We also took a pastry with nuts, almonds and dried fruits, which was sweet and delicious. It is recommended to come.

The ricotta cake slices are enormous—in fact, we paid over €11 for two—but they're so good, there's no point in complaining! The lady at the counter is very old and didn't seem to understand Northern Italian, and the place is cramped because it's always crowded. In any case, definitely worth a try!

A traditional Italian kosher bakery that sells excellent cakes and biscuits. I highly recommend their apple strudel and almond cake with apricot jam as well as their ricotta and chocolate cake. Their biscuits (shown in the photos) are also good.

After 20 minutes waiting for ordering, we ordered two pieces of ricotta with cherry and chocolate, which is more delicious with cherry.
They are so slow and the atmosphere was not that very kind and catchy. It is worth to try one. But I ate a better one somewhere else in Rome.

Essential stop in Rome for traditional Jewish bakes. Cherry Ricotta Tart is the most popular here but the Pizza Ebraica and Soft Almond Amaretti deserve more praise. If you catch the Pizza Ebraica warm from the oven (usually on Friday mornings) you hit the jackpot. The nonnas behind the counter are understandably a little curt because of language barriers but still very welcoming. Be polite, ask or point to what you want, and don’t linger too long. Go earlier in the day when things are still fresh.

A historic pastry shop in Rome, especially in the Jewish Quarter, serving traditional Roman and Jewish desserts like Jewish pizza and ricotta and sour cherry cake!
The ricotta and sour cherry cake is a real hit, delicious with ricotta that, despite being cooked, retains the texture and flavor typical of sheep's milk ricotta, and a truly delicious sour cherry jam!!!
The cake dough is similar to shortcrust pastry but much softer!
Price: €4.50 (per kg)
Highly recommended!
