My boyfriend and I left Palermo to go and get the famous Piana cannoli, I must say that the owners were very welcoming, artisan cannoli peels and very fresh ricotta, the goodness of this cannoli is unsurpassed!!! It's worth traveling a few kilometers to taste this splendid cannoli!

We hunted specifically for Giorgio’s pasticceria. We actually used our gps and it directed us right there. Giorgio was wonderful. He doesn’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian but he knew exactly what we were looking for…, his Cannoli. He makes his own cannoli shells but didn’t have any pre filled cannolis. He immediately went about organising 2 cannolis for my husband and me. His ricotta filling was simply divine. Giorgio sat us down and made us feel so at home to appreciate his superb creation. Thank you so much Giorgio you made our trip to Sicily very special

Top quality ricotta for super cannoli both in size and fragrance at an economical price. Lobsters are also exceptional with cream or chocolate. The best pastry shop (for these two products) from Palermo to Piana degli Albanesi.

Here you can eat the best cannoli in all of Sicily! The ricotta is delicious, not too sugary like in many other pastry shops. The zest is handmade and also delicious. The family who owns the shop is very kind. A unique experience! See you next time and thank you very much! :)
