I have tried some products on a few occasions, regarding pastries, biscuits, packaged foods, jarred jams, etc. we can say good quality, while I don't find this great quality on the Easter doves, and focaccias, since I was passing by I stopped to take some, in my opinion not good at all the icing on top came off completely during the cutting but this it can also be, the dough is very yellow probably due to too many eggs more than what is needed, therefore very heavy and only tasted of sugar, they gave me one from Melegatti which was honestly much better, I'm sorry to say that an artisanal product is less good of an industrial one, considering the industrial one as better, someone might think that I don't understand anything about quality but sometimes simple things are better, it doesn't necessarily mean that because they are artisanal they are always perfectly good.
