Pasticceria Ghimenti Giacomo In Roma

I have always known this pastry shop, having lived in the neighborhood for years and still frequenting it for work reasons. It is one of those pastry shops where the products run out because they are made fresh and in the right quantities and especially on Sundays, if you are late in going, you will not find anything left. It is not the pastry shop with rows and rows of mignon that often remain unsold, but with a choice that is perhaps a little smaller, but always excellent. It is a clean place, super attentive to order and precision and Giacomo is an attentive and kind owner. The cream and strawberry cake is excellent, as is the classic cream grenadine.

Ordinato un Croquembouche! Dopo tanti no in varie pasticcerie....vicino casa da Ghimenti mi hanno accolto ed esaurito nella richiesta! Ottimo prodotto e servizio!!!

Pasticceria piccola ma,tutto sommato,ben fornita. Prezzi decisamente alti per un prodotto che è buono ma non eccezionale. Non sono ben organizzati: una volta,avevo prenotato dei dolci e avevano dimenticato l'ordine,per cui al momento dell'acquisto,non avevano più nulla. In un'altra occasione, mio marito aveva ordinato una torta di compleanno(molto ma molto asciutta) e,al momento del ritiro, ha atteso quasi un'ora perchè in fila c'erano anche i clienti che avrebbero comprato le paste,scegliendole una per una,mentre tutti attendevano il proprio turno. Una migliore organizzazione,con un commesso addetto SOLO x il ritiro degli ordini,avrebbe dimezzato i tempi di attesa notevolmente e fatto clienti contenti. La vecchia proprietaria poi è lenta,lentissima: dovrebbe stare a casa e non a servire e far perdere tempo ai clienti. In genere, il personale non conosce la cortesia nei confronti del cliente: la straniera non sa nemmeno cosa sia la gentilezza nè il sorriso e anche la vecchia titolare. Se siete disposti a superare tutte queste, da Ghimenti potete andarci! Altrimenti,non è un locale dove andare...come non faccio più io e tanti come me rimasti scontenti dal loro trattamento.
