This lovely pastry shop has become one of my favorite places, I go there when I want to pamper myself, tasting Marino's delicious pastries and chatting with his wife while sipping his special cappuccino. One of the few authentic places left in Florence!

The Marino pastry and ice cream shop, the hub of the San Domenico district, is managed with passion by Barbara. A little jewel where freshness and goodness can be felt in every bite. Among the products that win you over at first taste are the blackberry or apricot tartlets: crumbly bases of artisanal shortcrust pastry, filled with scented jam and prepared every day with genuine ingredients. Alongside the sweets, the savory ones are also treated with the same attention, simple and authentic, like those prepared by grandmother during summer snacks: genuine and full of flavour. Homemade ice cream is creamy and natural. Marino is a place where authentic taste meets the warmth of a sincere welcome.
