An important reference for the area. The food is good and the quality is unquestionable. The atmosphere is a bit sophisticated, but that's acceptable. The location also fits the concept. The service is improving, although there's still plenty of room for improvement.

Delicious cakes, cookies, and artisanal ice cream! I have breakfast almost every morning at Bar Matranga, and it's always a pleasure, both for the palate and for the friendliness, which is not a given these days! Highly recommended! 👌🏻✨🥰

What can I say? Except that it's my go-to place for a break, or a nice break with my husband, during our daily outings? Lunette and croissants in various flavors... and also excellent ginseng, instead of the usual coffee, if you want a change, they also have freshly squeezed citrus juice, pomegranate, and various fruits. But I also think it's one of the best places in Palermo for ice cream cakes, the Bronte pistachio being the star... and the exquisite pastries and the rosticceria-style arancini, beautifully made. The friendly and professional staff and the location right on Via Sciuti, opposite the Church of San Michele. I'd give it a solid 10 out of 10.

I've known Pasticceria Matranga for years, and I always order from them for special occasions. This time, I ordered a cake for my son's birthday, complete with a printed design. The cake was beautiful, delicate, and delicious. My compliments also go to the kind lady who took the phone order. See you next time, of course.

30/10/2025: Family dinner with our children. We weren't served at the same time, especially our youngest, who waited a good five minutes longer than the adults before getting his meal. The same thing happened with dessert (we wondered if they'd forgotten him because we had to ask for it again). The owner stayed home watching a football match on his phone while the two young waiters were doing their jobs. Why didn't he just stay home and watch the game on TV? Not even a "good evening" or "goodbye" to the customers! It's a shame because we enjoyed the food. I felt a lack of professionalism and politeness in this restaurant, values ​​that seem essential to me when working in the restaurant industry!

17/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pepe Nero is truly a gem in Termini Imerese! Every time my husband and I are in town, it’s one of the first places we make sure to visit. Ornella is always so warm and welcoming, which makes the experience feel extra special. The food is consistently delicious, and the service goes above and beyond, whether it’s just the two of us or when we bring along a group. They always find a way to make everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
