Great food. Quality always pays off. Sober and refined environment. Discreet service, for goodness sake, I wouldn't want to belittle it, but given the high range of location, I expect, as a consumer, a service that is up to par and proportionate to the quality of the structure.

Cafe in Palermo, the best croissants with pistachio cream and aranchini ham & cheese I recommend it as a must-see when visiting Palermo. Add a doppio espresso and you can feel like a local for a moment :)

02/02/2025: Every dish I tasted was truly exceptional. The flavors were balanced and intense, but not too overpowering. The raw materials were very fresh and of high quality, and it was clear that each ingredient was chosen with care. The cooking was perfect, each course was impeccable as a whole, with combinations that pleasantly surprised. It is rare to find a restaurant that manages to combine tradition and innovation so well. Really congratulations, I will definitely be back!”

29/01/2025: I celebrated my birthday at Fusarancio and it was one of the best. There were twenty of us and the service was excellent, my friends were very satisfied with the cocktails and were kind enough to package the rest of the cake for me in plastic packages (it's not for everyone, many don't care). I have been there many times, especially in the summer, and there is a beautiful atmosphere. The owner is really kind, funny and above all patient. I will always go back
