25/08/2025: We went to this restaurant during the week of August 15th to get some takeout, and we had such a great time that we'll be back! The lady at the counter is very kind, the place is clean and quiet, there's parking in front, and you can pay by debit card.
We had rice noodles with shrimp, and the shrimp were very clean (which isn't always a given in a restaurant), the Cantonese rice was delicious and not mushy, the fried chicken was light and almost melt-in-your-mouth, and the spring rolls were delicious. The portions were generous, and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of beer.
Although we didn't eat right away, after about half an hour everything was still hot and fragrant.
In short, don't be fooled by the outside, which may seem a bit shabby, because the quality of the food is excellent and the kindness of the lady is exquisite!
01/04/2025: To eat Chinese, I had to go down from Vilminore, being there on holiday, to Boario, to enter the province of Brescia, and precisely to Piamborno, and the closest restaurant I found. I went there for the first time, and I discovered that it is one of the few Chinese restaurants that have remained "classic" (of those I know) without adapting to the preparation of Japanese dishes such as sushi, or other Thai dishes, etc. It has remained purely a Traditional Chinese Restaurant, and this makes me happy, it has not lost its naturalness and is a good thing for those who love Chinese cuisine. We ordered various dishes, from classic spring rolls, to steamed ravioli, and fish dishes, all excellent. Then we moved on to the first courses: Cantonese risotto, spicy risotto, beef spaghetti, cooked to perfection, perhaps a little dry in the seasoning, but good, then on to the second courses: spicy chicken with peppers, grilled prawns, spicy prawn skewers, prawns in foil, and some tasty ribs (as it was written on the menu), a little thin on meat and too much bone. There are some things that could be fixed, but overall it's worth eating.
