17/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the historic center, where you can experience a classic "slow life" atmosphere. The staff is polite and friendly, and as for the food, the pinsa with its classic Roman flavors is truly exquisite. For years now, it's been my go-to stop on every trip; I highly recommend it!
17/10/2025: On our way to Pisa, at the suggestion of friends, we decided to stop in Orte, where they recommended we try their magnificent pinsa. We sat outside, surrounded by a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere. We ordered three pinsa to share among four: one Gricia, one Bufalina, and one half Carbonara and half Provola and Pancetta. Flavorful, to say the least!! The pinsa dough was crispy and flaky, the sauce was creamy and rich. Highly recommended! We'll be back whenever we're in the area.

Ristorante Trattoria a Casa Mia

08/03/2026: Small restaurant in the center of Tarquinia. The menu features local dishes, including meat and fish options. We chose fish; we weren't particularly impressed with the simple, straightforward presentation. Unfortunately, the seafood appetizer was seasoned with a truly awful oil, which affected the overall outcome. The first course, en papillote, with paccheri and fish sauce, was good. The stuffed squid was good, neither good nor bad. The food was adequate, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere a bit too simple.
