Ho fatto colazione varie volte in questo bar-pasticceria e mi sono sempre trovato bene, il personale davvero gentile, nonostante l'affollamento che ho sempre trovato, e anche piuttosto ben organizzato per non fare aspettare troppo le persone. Le cose che mi sono piaciute meno sono i croissant, meglio gli altri tipi di dolci (sfoglie, saccottini...). Anche le schiacciate non male. Prezzi non eccessivi: 1,40 il dek o l'americano, 1,80 il cappuccio, 1,50 i croissant. Gli spazi sono un po' ristretti, e con l'affollamento costante la colazione non è troppo tranquilla... Possibilità di acquisto tabacchi e biglietti del bus.

I've recently been in Florence for work and I found in the Gaetano pastry shop a beautiful, clean place to eat, run by kind and polite people. The savory products (I like savory) are the best...highly recommended and compliments 👍 maybe there were some like this in Varese too

Definitely excellent quality, but €7.20 for two cremini and two cappuccinos seems a bit excessive to me.

My husband and I were hungry and wanted a spinach and cheese omelet. This is a coffee shop that specializes in everything. A chef prepared for us to cook eggs, spinach and cheese. EVEN IF BUT HAPPY Working morning interrupted by the need for a coffee and after entering this place for the first time, I was attracted by the window. I immediately tried the cannoli, excellent wafer despite being thick, the filling definitely revisited with the addition of cream and perhaps too sweet but overall good. Then I tried the lobster tail or curly or Neapolitan, as they call it, excellent and I repeat excellent flaking with an orange cream filling perhaps a little too thick but good. Lastly I was tempted by the cassata which was good overall but unfortunately its interior was far from the original taste, good but different. The excellent service, flawless and very professional, kind and smiling, makes you want to consume and return. If I could I would have given more stars. The place deserves more space, to enjoy without feeling the pressure or presence of those around you. However, overall definitely worth returning and recommending. P.S. - I also had a tray prepared with other products to try at home and I confirm everything.

Incredible variety of choice. The puff pastry with cream and apples is good and the croissants are also good. The little drawings on the cappuccinos are cute. The only flaw: given the morning crowds, it is difficult to clean the tables between one session and another. If you are not picky, the quality of the products makes up for the inconvenience.
