02/01/2025: The Spiller in Padua is a well-known venue located in a structure that was once a historic furnace, the Fornace Carotta, built at the end of the nineteenth century (1884). The kiln was used for the production of bricks and bricks, fundamental for the building expansion of the city. Subsequently, after being abandoned, it was renovated and reconverted, keeping some architectural details intact that recall its industrial past. Today it houses the Spiller restaurant, which is characterized by its welcoming atmosphere and the mix of modern and historical elements. It offers a varied cuisine, accompanied by a wide selection of craft beers.

01/01/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance leaving the motorway and heading to Padua. Definitely a positive place both for the good and varied food of Tyrolean cuisine but not only. Very nice and spacious place, if you are passing through recommended for something to eat.
